Our 5-day stay at Powell Place was fantastic. Perfectly located for exploring the city, with well-equipped and spacious rooms. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking saved us any parking headaches. the apartment was comfortable, and the kitchen was a great convenience. We felt safe and enjoyed watching the cable cars from our windows, yet it was surprisingly quiet at night. A truly enjoyable experience!
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful, with a well, appointed and clean kitchenette. the location was great, with plenty of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the area was , perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.
The parking situation wasn't ideal , we had to park a block and a half away, and the garage closed at 10 pm. there was a strange smell in the hallway leading to our room.

Liked the spacious and clean room with its well-stocked kitchen and antique furniture. The location was fantastic, with historic cable car stops just a few minutes' walk away and easy access to the surrounding parks and ocean. The fresh rose in the room was a lovely touch that added to the old-world décor.
Disliked the smell of dog poop in the lobby and room, as well as the unpleasant parking experience, with the parking attendant asking for car keys to be left overnight. The lack of accommodation for young families and the heat in the room during the day were also minor issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and other transportation options. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and the housekeeping was top-notch. The room amenities were impressive, including a well-equipped kitchenette with cookware and utensils, as well as a comfortable sitting area and dining table. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary facilities, such as an alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floors added a luxurious touch to the overall ambiance.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with two historic cable car stops located within walking distance. A few minutes on foot and you can access many shops and restaurants. Some rooms are decently appointed, with comfortable king, sized beds, modern bathrooms, well, equipped kitchenettes. the hotel staff are friendly and offer good customer service.
Sadly, the hotel's parking arrangements are not great, and the nearby parking garage can be closed early in the night.

The super comfortable king bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. We were also grateful that we were allowed to check in early after a long flight. The fresh rose in our room was a lovely touch. we highly recommend Powell Place Aparthotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
